Early-bird rates are open.
The conference offers Early Bird rates, Regular rates, and discounted rates for all AACA members. One-day registration options are also available.
Refund policy. A withdrawing registrant receives a full refund minus a 15% handling fee until May 16. From May 16 up to seven days before the conference begins, 50% of the registration fee is refundable. No refunds will be made after that date. All refund requests must be emailed to the AACA office.
Four walkable hotels on the Mayo campus.
We're pleased to offer four hotel options for attendees in 2026. All four are within easy walking distance of the meeting buildings on the Mayo Clinic campus in downtown Rochester.
Airport shuttle. If you're arriving at MSP Terminal 2, please note that on your transportation reservation. Shuttle pickup at Terminal 2 occurs roughly twenty minutes before the scheduled top-of-hour time. Allow at least 45 minutes from landing to shuttle loading if you have checked luggage.
